TL;DR

Three-wing dungeon (Wowhead lists Wicked Grotto, Foulspore Cavern, Earth Song Falls). Not tested in Forever yet, and no confirmed Forever source names its zone.

Where: ! Desolace (only Wowhead's quest list says so; the client data gives no parent zone).
Level: Icy Veins 46-55; Wowhead 45-53, Earth Song Falls 48-57.

Horde quests ! (Wowhead list, which it says is copied from Classic for untested dungeons; recheck at launch)

Shadowshard Fragments: Uthel'nay, Orgrimmar
Vyletongue Corruption: Vark Battlescar, Shadowprey Village, Desolace
Corruption of Earth and Seed: Selendra, south of Shadowprey Village
Legends of Maraudon: Cavindra, outside the instance

Flight path: Shadowprey Village, Desolace is a Horde node.
Legacy: counts toward Master Spelunker, the 46-60 dungeon point (beta client data). The list has one Maraudon entry, not one per wing.
New Shen'dralas: the new zone has quests that send you here (Icy Veins and Wowhead zone guides).
