TL;DR

New furbolg city in Azshara, a big max-level dungeon with several routes. It also holds one of the entrances to the Barrow Deeps raid. Untested in Forever.

Where: Azshara, beyond a long-sealed gate (Wowhead: the furbolg gates in north Azshara !).
Flight path: Valormok, Azshara is a Horde node.
What Blizzard says: the Blackmaw clan is fighting a corruption in its groves and mountain tunnels. Multiple routes and bosses; the deepest part leads farther below.
Raid link: Blizzard lists Blackmaw Hold as one of the entrances to the Barrow Deeps (10-player raid, opens 9 Dec).
Legacy: required for the 46-60 point (beta client data).

Not yet known: bosses, mechanics, drops, quest givers.
